"This is the first time that I have ever had a vendor deliver as promised.  I received my beaded gown when I returned home this evening.  UPS left it on my front porch.  THE GOWN IS SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL!  I will most definitely be purchasing more gowns from you in the future. I have one question that I hope you will respond to ASAP.  I purchased the Tammara gown that has the full flowing skirt bottom. I did not mention it in my order, but it is Derby time here in Louisville (Kentucky Derby).   I purchased the gown to wear to the Grand Gala...which is a star-studded, celebrity-attended formal Gala.  My question is....is there any way to get the wrinkles out of the skirt portion of the dress.  I want to wear it on Saturday night.  Any suggestions you can provide would be most helpful. Thank you again for a beautiful gown that fits my 2x body very well.

"My mom waited until the last minute to get a dress for my wedding.  Many places did not even carry her size.  I was panicked.  When I came across your website I finally felt relieved! The website setup was fairly user friendly.  It could use a little work.  It was plain but did the trick.  A small price to pay for the utmost in care and speed.  The pictures of the dresses were better than any other site for clarity and size.  The site could use a better setup for the shopping cart that gives you your totals. The dress is gorgeous.  You carried hard to find sizes.  You proved that just because a woman is heavy she can still find gorgeous formal wear! When I ordered my mom's dress on Thursday, I was impressed to get a phone call not a minute later to let me know that with two day shipping there are no weekend deliveries.  No other company would do that.  The return policy is more than generous.  Best part was the dress arrived Friday - just the next day.  I didn't know companies existed that shipped that soon after ordering. In today's busy times and our last minute wedding push you brought me some much needed sanity.  Keep up the great work!! Sincerely."

"I really cannot put into words how wonderful your facility is.  I was at the point of total depression trying to find a 'plus-size' dress for a symphony ball.  When I stumbled upon your company - I thought it was 'too good to be true'. I had gone to another facility first.....IT WAS HORRIBLE.  The dresses were not sized appropriately......they refused to take it back......they were rude and hostile.  I was charged $380.00 for a dress that I cannot use.  It is still in the package with the tags on it because I can's use it nor will I ever. "I bought the 'Candy' evening dress to wear at a formal evening wedding. Ordering was a breeze and it arrived very quickly, packed neatly in a small, flat box. The dress matches the photo so no unpleasant surprises there. Too much beading often looks garish but the black beading on the black dress makes for a more subdued and elegant look. I would have preferred no beading on the rear but these days even the best designers seem to not care about that anymore (no or hardly any beading on rear used to be done so you wouldn't damage beads when sitting down). The dress fits me very well, even though it's a few inches too long for my short frame (I'm barely 5'4"). I knew it would be too long because the length is mentioned on the site. I didn't have it altered; I just wear my 4 inch killer heels with it. I do wish The Evening Store would make their dresses in a 'petite' variety, though! But I'm very happy with my shopping experience and with my dress."
